COLOMBO PLAN CONFERENCE. 471 ft. Held in New Zealand in 1956, the Colombo Plan conference was opened by the Prime Minister. At the opening session we see and hear representatives of Burma, Britain and U.S.A., and at the closing session, New Zealand's Minister of External Affairs and representatives of Vietnam, Thailand, Malaya, the Philippines and Canada.
