Early pictures of Christchurch Cathedral during its building are followed by shots of the Cathedral as it is today. Canon Orange and Dean Sullivan show points of special interest to visitors, and Bishop Warren speaks of the first Bishop of Christchurch and of the Cathedral's aims. In flashbacks we see H.M. the Queen attending service at the Cathedral. 'JAYCEES' AND GRASSLANDS CONFERENCE. 208 ft. At Rotorua, delegates to the world congress of Junior Chambers of Commerce held in New Zealand, meet some of the Maori people and see some of the thermal sights. At Massey Agricultural College, Palmerston North, we see grasslands experts from all parts of the world gathered here for the Fifth International Grasslands Conference. AGRICULTURAL AVIATION SHOW. 387 ft. The first International Agricultural Aviation Show is held at Milson Aerodrome and at a nearby hill farm. Air hero Douglas Bader was amongst visitors from many parts of the world who saw the types of planes, and demonstrations of many aspects of aerial farming using planes and helicopters.
