B&W 10 mins. 35mm 976 ft. SPRING ROUND-UP ON MOLESWORTH. Molesworth Station lies in the Marlborough high country where the Government is regenerating half a million acres of once derelict sheepland. Pilots in light planes seek out the cattle and radio directions to the men, who, with their horses and dogs, round up the mobs from gullies among the hills. As the cattle are moved out, planes drop poisoned carrots behind them to combat the rabbits which menace the region. After some five weeks' work the cattle are transferred to new summer grazing grounds and the big round-up is over for another year.
